Flowlock RC 325 - Rapid cure repair mortar for concrete floors & roads
Flowlock RC 325 is a high strength, rapid-cure repair mortar for areas exposed to heavy wheel traffic, such as roads, industrial floors and loading areas.
The unique formulation with fibre reinforcements gives high mechanical strength and high resistance to impacts.
- Urgent repairs of concrete floors and surfacing - 2 hour cure time
- For medium* and heavy duty* use
- Applications bearing heavy wheel traffic and use, for example: roads, industrial floors, loading areas and bridges
- Concrete floor repair and refurbishment prior to application of a Flowlock Floor Coating System
- Minimum thickness 3mm
- Maximum thickness 100mm
Medium Duty: regular foot traffic, frequent fork lift truck traffic, occasional hard plastic-wheeled trolleys
Heavy Duty: constact fork lift traffic, hard plastic wheeled trolleys, some impact
- Full cure takes only 2 hours, allowing areas to quickly return to full use
