Location: Cambuslang, Glasgow
The Task: A remedial coating had been applied to this 3400m² metal roof previously. This had now failed with extensive delamination.
The Solution: The existing failed roof coating was removed and the Rooflock Twelve HR system applied to the prepared metal substrate.
The gutters were cleaned, prepared and waterproofed with Rooflock Gutter system, a reinforced gutter refurbishment system.
Rooflock Clearlock, a clear coating for rooflights and glazing, was applied to the rooflights to protect them from further UV degradation.
